Welcome to the manual page. This page provides explanations of terminology and other information about the SmartSTREAM video platform service (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”). Please refer to the necessary pages according to your purpose.

About the Service
The Service provides the functions necessary for video streaming in one package, and customers can use Live Streaming and On-Demand Streaming according to their plan.
In order to stream video (streaming), whether Live Streaming or On-Demand Streaming, it is necessary to convert general video files (such as .mp4 or .mov) into a file format suitable for streaming (called encoding) and to prepare a player for viewing the video. The Service delivers video by combining encoded video files with a player.
